Another important project commissioned by Atlas Ward Polska Sp. z o.o. As Kera Awak, we have already been involved in three stages of the construction of a logistics and warehousing facility with an office building in Wałbrzych. The owner of the buildings is Panattoni Development Europe Sp. z o.o. Work for Atlas Ward each time gives us an opportunity to show the full range of possibilities. For each of the stages, we have prepared a smoke ventilation design, as well as a CFD simulation assessing the correct functioning of the smoke ventilation installation. The solutions proposed in the project were delivered and installed by our team. Smoke vents with pneumatic actuators were applied together with necessary installation. The smoke vents have been installed with fall protection grids. Skylights with NRO KERA Fire Protect technology, which provides the Broof(t1) classification, are responsible for the supply of natural lighting to the rooms inside the building.
